Safe Zone Guidelines

• Keep all text, logos, and important elements at least 1" inside all edges

• Do not place critical content in the bottom 3 inches, as it may be hidden inside the banner stand

Design Preparation Tips

• Use high-resolution images and professional fonts

• Flatten all layers before saving your file

• Convert all text to outlines (for AI files)

• Proofread all text and check layout carefully
