At The Brand Impak, each item is custom made with care and precision. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been approved for production.
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. To help us achieve that, all orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to production and shipping. This includes confirmation of artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
